Body Weight Bicep Workout — You don’t have to use a gym, equipment or weights to work your biceps!  It does not matter if you are beginner or advanced. All levels can benefit from body weight bicep exercises. In this video below, I am sharing some beginner to advanced bicep exercises that you can do anywhere using just your own body weight.

Bicep Curls – one exercise – three different ways from beginner to advanced! When I workout, am I doing more than a resisted bicep curl? Yes. Do I train functionally? Yes. But we all have to begin somewhere.

With your arms straight down in front of you, palms up, slowly curl your arms up as if you’re holding a heavy weight. If you want, you can use the opposite hand to push against your forearm as you’re curling to create resistance.

If your are advanced, pull ups with your palms facing you will really help to shape and define your biceps. For how to progress your pull ups go HERE.

I’m a firm believer in training functionally because you can work so many muscles simultaneously.  The overall BEST exercises you can do for building your entire upper body are Pull ups and Chin ups! Are you in?
