Paleo Gluten Free Pizza: In the Kitchen with my Cuz

Oh my gosh, this pizza is so yummy, you won’t even miss the crust!!! In this video, my cousin, Liana, shares one of her favorite dishes that she makes. The best part is, not only does her husband love it, but her two year old daughter does too!  You can replace ingredients with other vegetables of your choice or just follow along.

For this Gluten Free Paleo Pizza recipe, you will need:Paleo Gluten Free Veggie Pizza

Spaghetti squash – Pre Roasted (Preset oven to 400.  Take spaghetti squash, cut it in half, add a little salt and pepper and olive oil and bake for about 30 – 45 minutes).
1 pound of Italian turkey sausage or regular sausage, nitrate free, natural, seasoned the way you want (meat is OPTIONAL)
3 Eggs whipped
1 Zucchini
1 Onion
1 Orange bell pepper
1 cup of Mushrooms
1 cup of Pizza sauce

Directions (preset oven to 350):

1. Cook onion and meat and then add veggies and cook until soft
2. Line pan with cooked spaghetti squash
3. Pour in mixture of meat and vegetables
4. Pour pizza sauce and mix well
5. At very end, add your whipped egg and mix it throughout the pan

I find that oven temperatures vary, but it should be done within 30 – 40 minutes.
