Three Tips on Turning your arms from FLAB to FAB!

#1 Tips for Flabby Arms – Get a friend to help

Grab a workout partner and motivate each other. Plan workouts together and encourage each other.

#2 Tips for Flabby Arms – Use your arms more throughout the day

Just use your arms more! Carry a heavy handbag like my friend, Shelli. She basically carries everything in her bag, from snacks to bowls and measuring cups! To learn more about the Jessie Georgina collection, check out her line HERE.

#3 Tips for Flabby Arms – Eat Healthy Foods

Try an unprocessed diet!  You always want the proper ratio of fats, not to mention having a balanced meal keeps you fuller, longer.  For instance, check out Shelli’s “go to” snack:

¼ cup cottage cheese
½ cup blueberries
Touch Cinnamon
Keeps you full longer, with good, healthy fat so sprinkle with some almonds or honey
