I want to take a second and share something personal with you.  Many of you are probably natalie jill abs and bootyfamiliar with me from my 2+ million social media followers and my online bodyweight workouts.

If you asked most people that know me what I’m known for, most would definitely say my ‘abs’.

What do ‘abs’ have to do with a booty program, you ask?

Well, everything.

I could have kept making excuses about why I didn’t have the booty I wanted, and just focused on my abs which are ‘easier’ for me to maintain.
