I want to take a second and share something personal with you. Many of you are probably familiar with me from my 2+ million social media followers and my online bodyweight workouts.
If you asked most people that know me what I'm known for, most would definitely say my 'abs'.
What do 'abs' have to do with a booty program, you ask?
You see, as good as my abs are, everybody has weak points or areas they aren't very happy with. For me, it was my booty.
I have NEVER really liked my butt. It was flat, and dare I say mushy? It definitely wasn't as firm as I would have liked...and yes, it is possible to be flat and mushy at the same time.

Here is a quick picture if you don't believe me.... It is NOT easy to share a picture like that, but that was my booty not too long ago.
That is why you didn't see many 'booty' pictures from me...I didn't have one!
What I do have is a mantra: Excuses or Solutions...YOU Decide!
I could have kept making excuses about why I didn't have the booty I wanted, and just focused on my abs which are 'easier' for me to maintain.
But instead, I decided to find a SOLUTION to my 'butt problem'. I decided that I was going bust my butt, and learn how to build one of those booties that looks amazing in a pair of jeans, or sweats, or that nice dress that looks so much better rolling off a nice, firm, 3D kind of booty.
THAT is what I wanted!
As you can tell from all the 'booty' pictures that I started taking, what I was doing was working!
Not only that, but it was really empowering to be able to make a change like that to my body in a relatively short period of time.
