Why I chose to work with a REAL Chef...
What is so cool about this book, is that I had the help of a REAL Chef! But not just any chef... a chef that found her passion for healthy cooking AFTER losing a lot of weight with one of my nutrition programs.
Lisi was one of my first transformation stories when I launched the Jump Start program (more on that later). In addition to her new love of healthy living, she discovered a knack and love for healthy recipes!
