Number three: Bodyweight exercises Throughout STRONGER you will learn to use my specific FORM in all MOVEMENTS that will help prevent lower back pain while getting you functionally fit. STRONGER engages ALL muscles and avoids creating muscle imbalances. You do NOT need expensive trainers, gyms, heavy weights or fancy machines, to CHANGE your body.
Number four: FAT LOSS The STRONGER eating plan will get you ATHLETE results. The reasons athletes look the way they do is because of the way that they train and what they eat. You will be eating natural, unprocessed foods that will keep you satisfied and help you avoid cravings, while losing fat. Combined with the intense progression training, the STRONGER program will maximize fat loss.
Number Five: No Hunger or Cravings With the STRONGER program there is never specific times that you have to eat. You can eat when you are hungry and when it is convenient for YOU. You will eat yummy foods that will leave you feeling satisfied.
Although all levels can do Stronger, it is best suited for those who have already been working out. If you have a lot of weight to lose, or are brand new to working out, I suggest you start with the 7 Day Jump Start, and either my Beginner or Rev-4 DVD.
NO! Stronger is NOT gender specific. You can do this whether you are a male or female. All exercises are done based on YOUR intensity level and body weight.
For the workouts, all you need is your own body weight. No weights or machines, no fancy gyms required, and NO expensive trainers. The stronger program is based on body weight exercises that can be done in your own home. That said, for 2 of the Progression challenges – Pull-ups and Swiss Ball, you will need access to a pull-up bar and a swiss ball if you choose to do them (you don’t have to). You will feel the muscles working after your very first STRONGER workout and will feel a change in your energy, cravings, and bloat after a day or two of following the Stronger program nutrition guidelines. All of the workouts can be done in less than 30 minutes. The Stronger Program is unique in where we don’t use magic numbers or rep amounts. All exercises are done to YOUR level and are designed to progress as you progress.
