Your programs (and your IG account) pushed me past my comfort zones. I’m finished with the program but I have learned things that I will continue doing to make a stronger healthier ME! I am a mom of 3. When my youngest turned 6 months I was stuck at my heaviest weight ever and jumped on board with healthier/clean eating and exercise at home.

After a little over 3 months I had lost about 15 lbs. That is when I started your program. I dropped about 10 more lbs but more importantly went from barely fitting in size 10 to very comfortably fitting in my old 6’s! Jim Walters

I was recently asked in an interview, who is my FAVORITE type of person to work with? And who has the best results on my programs? I did not hesitate for one bit because I know EXACTLY how to describe this type of person. I think of Jim Walters. Jim is the epitome of “Excuses or Solutions… YOU decide” : ) He DECIDED and he did not let anything get in his way. It was not an overnight transformation- this took him some time. What he did was DECIDE and then he committed to the process and stayed consistent.

He used to believe that his before picture was “bad genetics.” He laughs now when people look at his after picture and say “that is just genetics.”

EVERYONE has excuses. WE ALL HAVE THEM! We do!  For some they may be worse, they may make it harder, they may make results take longer, BUT, there’s ALWAYS some sort of solution… There is always some positive step forward you can take one day at a time.

Typical weight loss on the 7 Day Jump Start program is 5 lbs week one and 2 lbs each week to follow. There is a greater jump in loss week one because you lose additional water in addition to fat. Meet Tanya! Down 24 pounds! She went from overweight and embarrassed to Spartan Race fit! Tanya decided, committed, focused, stayed consistent and lost the weight! Positive, encouraging comments welcome! Make her day- she worked hard and I want her to feel great about herself!

In Tanya’s words:
“My love of junk and fast-food helped sky rocket my weight to 210 pounds! It was so embarrassing to come up with reasons why I wanted to take the elevator for one floor when all my friends would take the stairs. Secretly I didn’t want them to know I was winded and sweaty after that little bit of exercise, or to the fact that I resorted to wearing stretchy pants because jeans no longer fit me well. Still this wasn’t enough to get me to change my eating habits.

I tried so many diets that I lost track. They would work for a while, but then I would gain all my weight back and more. Eventually I noticed that after every meal, I would feel bloated and nauseous but still refused to listen to my body.

It wasn’t until one year later
after numerous blood tests and biopsies I was finally diagnosed with Celiac’s Disease, which was truly a blessing in disguise. Going gluten free did not happen overnight. I started slowing cutting gluten out of my life. Soon after, I decided that I needed the gym more than I needed the dietary change.
So I joined a kickboxing class. It was one of the hardest things I have ever done, but what a transformation it was! I saw my weight go from 210 to 180! I felt great, but then I stopped losing weight. I then decided to try a harder class, thinking it would kick start my metabolism again. I joined a crossfit class. It was so much more intense than anything I was used to, but it challenged me and pushed me to keep going. After attending this class for a few months, the scale still wasn’t budging. It seemed the harder I worked, the harder it was and the scale stopped budging.

Frustrated, I would talk about my issues at work. Then one day my co-worker said to me “With your love of fitness and having Celiacs Disease, I think I found a great facebook page to help give you some food and nutrition advice”. On that day my life changed!

I was introduced to Natalie Jill and I decided to write her a message, never expecting a reply back. Well she proved me wrong! Shortly thereafter, I had an e-mail response with answers to my questions…from Natalie! I was shocked that she would actually take the time to reply and help me out even if I had yet to make a purchase! Motivated, I decided to purchase the jump start program!

While at a Crossfit class one day, the instructor mentioned that he would take part in the Spartan Race to be held in Montreal, Quebec. I felt too embarrassed to sign up along with everyone else even if I really did want to run the obstacle course. After 4 weeks on the jump start program I saw my weight go from 167 to 153 and I really started to feel “fit”. It was great to feel well in my own skin, and it pushed me to prove to myself that I could be good enough to run a Spartan Race!

I did it! I signed up for the Spartan race! I trained so very hard, and with the help of the jump start program, I was losing 2 to 3 pounds a week! The transformation in my body was unlike anything I had seen ever before, and I hit my lowest weight EVER as an adult! 143 lbs!!!

What a fantastic feeling! I ran my Spartan race, and never quit and it was such a huge accomplishment. I am still not done with my weight loss journey, but I know now that I have found the perfect balance thanks to Natalie Jill. It took a long time but Natalie really made me understand that food and exercise must work together. I am now still working towards being fit, and I am on my way to becoming an RCMP officer! Something I had never dreamed would be a reality for me. Hopefully the next time I write a blog I will have reached my weight loss goal and I will be a Mountie (really extraordinary for us Canadians)! I truly hope to keep you all posted!!!”

MY story for those of you new to my page… (Thank you for following!) What many of you may not know is the story behind WHY I originally created the Jump Start Programs and NatalieJillFitness.

This was me a few years ago…Now I realize to many of you I look just fine before (I am smiling!)  But I want you to know that was not.

I was so sad in that picture on the left.  I was a newly single mom, a lot heavier than today, I was tired all of the time, depressed, hungry, grumpy, hormone fluctuations, the whole bit. I was also working full time, newly divorced , struggling financially big time and I didn’t have any extra time in my schedule.  I was feeling so down.

I had/have an autoimmune disease (celiac) and I could have accepted a lot of excuses which was very tempting but I didn’t. I wallowed for a while and then one day I had had enough. I DECIDED to fix things. I didn’t starve myself, I didn’t do dangerous pills, and I didn’t do unhealthy calorie restrictions. I figured out the formula. The same formula that now is outlined in my programs that years later has now helped tens of thousands like you.

You don’t have to struggle through this.  You don’t have to do this alone and you CAN create a whole new possibility for yourself! The formula in the 7 Day Jump Start program will work for you and I CAN help you!

“My hard work is paying off! I’ve struggled with weight for most of my life. I gave birth to my son at just shy of 39.  I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. It resolved after delivery, but that was a big wake up call to get it together. I’d lost a good deal of weight while nursing but I didn’t change my eating habits so the weight came back and I was back at my pre-pregnancy weight.

Also, my dear grandpa passed away from diabetes complications and this was another wake-up call so I changed my diet and eating habits. I lost a good deal of weight and several inches all over but then I hit a plateau. I knew that I wasn’t exercising as I should.

I discovered Natalie Jill’s Rev-4. The 10-minute workouts are perfect! I get them in first thing in the morning at home. I don’t need to spend hours in a gym to get fit. Rev-4 took away the excuses. My own body weight and a few intense minutes each day are all that I need. I still have a way to go, but I’m well on my way-no turning back! My little guy is almost 3 now and very active. He’s my motivation to get healthy and fit so that I can keep up with him!”
