Be, Do, Have

If you don’t have what you WANT (in ANY area of your life) this may be why:

“When I HAVE this I will BE this…” Do you think this thought? When I HAVE the flat belly I’ll be…
When I HAVE time I will be…
When I HAVE money I’ll be…
When I HAVE the results I will be…
When I HAVE a husband I’ll be…
When I HAVE my business at this number I will be…
When I HAVE that client I’ll be…

Be, Do, Have

What IF your thinking this way is WHY you actually DON’T “have it yet” and what if that way of thinking will not support you ever “being int”.

Stay with me here… You are working backwards.

What if you took on STARTING from where you want to BE?

BE first then DO this then you will HAVE. I did not invent the Be-do-have model (many have taught this) but I DO practice living this way.

How do you do this?

Get in the frame and FORCE THE VISION!

Here is HOW:
Create a space for peace and time to think. This can be walking by yourself, sitting quietly, lying down (this part doesn’t matter)

Imagine you already have what it is you want and are waiting for.

What does it feel like to be the person who has that?
How do you spend your time as the person who has that?
As that person, what do you eat? Drink?
What are your hobbies as this person?
What choices and decisions does that person make?
As that person, who do you learn from? Spend time with? Listen to?

Ok… got it? Now here is the part you get to commit to:

Go about your day, your week, your month as THAT person.

Make decisions and choices from THAT PLACE! Ask yourself every single day what would THAT PERSON decide, create and think? Ask yourself “who do I need to BE today?”

If your brain is giving you reasons why you can’t do this then you won’t. Decide to stop being the type of person that does that. If that’s you, Repeat the assignment a million times If you have to.

This is supposed to be uncomfortable.

This is supposed to challenge you.

DECIDE to do it anyways.
Let go of your stories and feelings around it.
