I have to pinch myself every time I am on set of a TV show that airs nationwide! Recently in New York City I was invited to appear on the Better Show teaching viewers about my passion for quick, intense and very effective workouts that can be done in a short amount of time!

The Better TV Show Abbsolutely Crunchless Alternative with Natalie Jill

We filmed a segment called “An Abb-solutely Crunchless Alternative,” While the Better TV Show has already aired you can catch it again by clicking on the video below. I loved showing The Better TV Show host, JD, how you can do an awesome and super quick “crunchless ab” workout.

We did a proper PLANK, a plank walk-out, a pike-walk, pike-twists, and side-planks with a twist. He was surprised at how challenging this could all be!

In the end, JD even admitted that although he is in good shape and this workout was short – it was TOUGH and TARGETED!
