Yummy Energy Bowl Recipe
This is a quick, yummy, energy bowl recipe — perfect as an on the go snack! Prep ahead and store in a mini mason jar. It makes it super easy to have something to grab and go.
½ cup ripe mango, peeled, pitted and cut into cubes
½ cup raspberries
¼ cup plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tsp chia seeds
Place yogurt in a bowl and top with fruit, coconut flakes and chia seeds.
