Exercises to target flabby arms – VIDEO

Exercises to target flabby arms!

You’re waving good-bye and you are noticing that things are um, well…. moving! You start thinking “maybe I really should cover my arms” 🙁 We have ALL been there!

Unfortunately so many women DO struggle with that extra “wing” or extra unwanted flab under their arms.  In this video, I’m going to show you five exercises that really target that flabby arm.  You must remember that even if you develop the muscle, that extra layer of fat isn’t going to go away on its own. You can do this by intense training and eating natural, unprocessed, real foods.

Tricep Lean Back

Start out on your butt, palms on the ground fingers facing your heels, and lift your toes upTricep Workout
Come down by leaning your body weight on your triceps and bring it back up.

The Bridge

This is going to be a little harder than the first one.  You’re still down on the ground, but you will want to keep your feet flat on the ground, keeping those fingers forward, take it up into a bridge position and bring your butt back down.  Focus on using your triceps as you go up into bridge position and back down.

Tricep Crawl

From that bridge position, drop your butt a little bit and walk those feet and hands forward and back at the same time.

Tricep Push Up

This exercise in particular is a little more advanced so feel free to do them on your knees or your feet.
Get in push up position, but bring your arms in a little closer. The closer your arms are in, the more you are working those triceps. Keep your elbows as close to your body as possible, focusing on the tricep muscles.

Tricep Worm

Push up/Plank position with arms straight, take it down, lean body forward like a worm and bring it back and up.

You probably won’t forget about these exercises because you’re going to feel it and you are probably going to be sore! But a good sore! There is no magic number of repetitions; just whatever is intense for you!  Try and have fun, drink lots of water and think about how good you’re going to feel when it’s over! Good bye flabby arms!
