Healthy Snack Idea#1 Fro-Yo Fruit Cup
Ingredients: 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds, 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup Fruit of choice
Step #1: Mix 1 Tbsp chia seeds in 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (any flavored Greek yogurt).
Step #2: Pour into cupcake tins & place your favorite fruit on top (use no more than 1/2 cup TOTAL of fruit).
Step #3: Freeze overnight and then enjoy!
Healthy Snack Idea #2 Little Grape Dippers
Ingredients: 1/2 cup grapes, 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, 1 Tbsp crushed nuts
Step #1: Place grapes on toothpicks
Step #2: Dip in Greek Yogurt
Step #3: Roll in crushed nuts and freeze.
Healthy Snack Idea #3 Peaches N Cream
Ingredients: 1 Tbsp Coconut oil, (1) peach, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp Sliced Almonds
Step #1: Drizzle with 1 Tbsp Coconut oil over half sliced peaches (from one peach) and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes (or until as soft as you like).
Step #2: Scoop Greek yogurt into the middle.
Step #3: Top with sliced almonds. *Optional: Top with raw honey.
