How do I get shredded?

Being shredded can mean different things to different people.  To some, it just means getting smaller for an event. To others,  it means seeing all of your muscle definition, abs and and veins! The commonality of how you define it is you have to lose over all body fat.

In today’s video – I am talking about how to get shredded and achieve your definition of it!

Tip #1 – Eat an unprocessed, natural food dietHow to Get Shredded

This means eating real, natural unprocessed foods (protein, nuts, seeds, vegetable, fruit), the way nature intended it to be!

Tip #2 – Train like an Athlete

What does this mean? Maybe you aren’t an athlete, but you can train like one right? How hard can you work? That level definitely varies for different people as what might be intense for one person may not be for another.  If you train like an athlete, diet becomes less important.

Combo Tips #3 & #4 – Practice Progression Training / Up Your Intensity

If you don’t train with progression, meaning progressively making things harder each time or doing more and more, how can you get stronger?  Progression training naturally helps you up the intensity and create more muscle mass and make you stronger, which ultimately will help get you leaner.
