Tip #1

Is to stand on one foot while moving the other one around and concentrating on balancing.  Then switch sides.

Tip #2

Once you’ve mastered that then try balancing the same way but on an unbalance surface like a rolled up yoga mat or towel. Again taking turns with each side.
