Sweet Potato Healthy Dessert Bowl
Make this yummy sweet potato healthy dessert bowl to cure that sweet tooth OR you can pair it with a side of protein for a dessert inspired breakfast!
1 cook sweet potato
2 tbsp almond butter
1/2 can full fat coconut milk
First puncture your sweet potato. Bake at 400 degrees F for 35 mins. Cut open and let cool. Add 1/2 coconut milk, 2 tbsp almond butter, and cooked sweet potato to your blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Top with a little extra coconut milk, cinnamon & blueberries!
