A couple weeks ago I was invited to be a guest on The Dr. Steven Show. He had me on to teach him the art of “unprocessing” our diets and I shared a special secret on how to improve your health… RIGHT NOW.

We discuss serious matters and not so serious matters…like the POO emoji — is it poo or is it soft serve ice cream emoji? (HAHA) We may never know… BUT what we DO want you to know, is that walking around FEELING like poo is NOT normal. You should not feel bloated, constantly have stomach aches, and always be tired. I’ve been there, done that. But I found a way to fix my own problems, and in the process have set out to help others become a better version of themselves.
