That’s exactly what I’m talking about: Encouraging Slogans and Mantras for Motivation! I want to help YOU keep focused on your goals or whatever it is you are wanting to achieve.  In this video, I share FIVE mantra’s that I live by on a daily basis!

I.  Deciding Comes First

The truth of the matter is before you can change anything in your life; whether a goal, a transformation, your attitude, ANYTHING, you have to DECIDE it’s possible. You have to DECIDE it’s possible to turn your goals and dreams into a reality!

II. Be Your BEST You!

When you’re on that journey to improve, achieve a goal, change the way your body looks or simply make small changes, you tend to go into comparison mode. What do I mean by that? You may have the thought process that you need to be doing what “they are doing” or you need to be further ahead than someone else or you simply have that mindset of “they are better than me.” That all can lead to depression even the best of us. Start from WHERE YOU ARE and work to be your BEST YOU!

III. Work Towards Stronger

I didn’t say work toward skinnier, better, smarter; just stronger. What can you do to progress, learn or change that mindset to work towards being STRONGER?

IV. Be Accountable

I’m not trying to be rude, but you need to accept that it’s no one else’s fault! You are the only one to be accountable to in order to reach your goals. Yes, you can have a support team to encourage you, but at the end of the day, it’s on you to make things happen.

V.  Excuses or Solutions – YOU DECIDE!

Bottom line, everyone has excuses. It’s up to you to decide if you’re going to let those excuses hold you back or find solutions to make them happen.
