Tuna Salad Apple Sliders
Try this Tuna Salad Apple Sliders recipe out for your next quick on-the-go lunch! I recommend packing the tuna salad separate from the sliced apples, and you can even just dip the apples into the tuna salad if you’re stuck in a bind. It’s so fast, easy, tasty, and satisfying.
About 4-5 ounces tuna in water, drained
2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 apple sliced, core removed
In a medium mixing bowl add your tuna, Greek yogurt, celery, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix. Then removed the core of your apple and slice it. Top the apple slices with the tuna salad mix.
