Lower Belly Pooch Attack!
In this video I am sharing the best ab workout to get rid of that lower belly pooch!
I get so many request to address the lower belly pooch and that infamous “muffin top!”
You do not need any equipment for this workout. All you need is your own body weight.
Starting FLAT on our back, you want to press your lower back flat into the ground as much as you can. Get rid of the ARCH or natural “c-curve” while doing these.
- While laying flat on the ground, lift your legs off the ground and slowly lift and lower them.
- Next, up to your FOREARMS, still on your back, flutter kicks
- While in push up position, rotate leg under and out and then repeat on the other side!
- Last, from pushup position, tuck and crawl your legs forward and back
