We bust out this Healthy Peppermint Hot Chocolate recipe every Winter so I thought…sharing is caring and you might enjoy it too! You may top with organic marshmallows that can be found at your local health food store. This IS a treat so don’t get overboard. 🙂

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp raw cacao
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp peppermint
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2-3 organic marshmallows (if you’re feeling daring)

Directions: Heat and stir all ingredients on medium heat in a pot on the stove.
