Healthy sweet tooth raw cacao recipes! If you’re eating a balanced diet, you are less likely to get sweet tooth cravings. But — I get it — cravings can present themselves and they just won’t go away until, of course, they are satisfied. Especially if you are not getting enough fat in your diet. So, I wanted to give you some HEALTHY ways to crush those sweet tooth cravings, by satisfying them! BUT — these recipes will keep you ON TRACK to your unprocessed lifestyle. You’re welcome! 🙂

Healthy Chocolate Energy Bars- Raw Cacao Recipes

Ingredients:
1 cup Walnuts
1/3 cup Chia Seeds
1/3 cup Flax Seeds, ground
4 tbsp Raw Cacao (I use MitoXCell)
1/4 cup Cacao Nibs
1/4 cup Coconut Flakes
3/4 cup Hemp Seeds (or pumpkin seeds), ground
1/2 cup Raisins
1 cup Dates, pitted
1-2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted

Directions:
Throw the dry ingredients into your food processor. Then add the dates and raisins and process until everything starts to stick together. Press the mixture into a lined pan and add a healthy topping (try coconut flakes, goji berries, walnuts) and set in the fridge for an hour. Cut into mini bars and store for up to 1 week.

Healthy, Guilt-Free BROWNIES- Raw Cacao Recipes

…with a crazy surprise ingredient 🙂 But seriously you guys, these gluten-free, HEALTHY, unprocessed brownies are SO delicious!!!

Ingredients:
1 can Organic Black Beans
1/2 cup Raw Cacao (I use MitoXCell)
1/2 cup Raw Honey
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of salt (I use Himalayan Pink Rock)
1/3 cup Coconut Oil
3 Eggs*
Peppermint Extract (optional, just a couple drops)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Drain 1 can of organic black beans. Add black beans, raw cacao, raw honey, vanilla extract, salt, and coconut oil  into the blender and blend until smooth. In another bowl mix 3 eggs and add your mixture to the bowl. Stir. Add in a few drops of peppermint extract if you want to include that. Grease your 8×8 cooking pan with coconut oil (or butter/ghee). Bake for about 12 minutes. When it’s done cooking, you can top with walnuts or coconut flake…or both!

*for a vegan option you can use 1/3 flax seed meal ground up with water instead of eggs

Healthy Unprocessed Home Made Almond Milk + Healthy Chocolates: Raw Cacao Recipes

Here is how to make your own healthy unprocessed almond milk and chocolates that are actually healthy for you!

Healthy Unprocessed Home Made Chocolate Almond Milk: Raw Cacao Recipes

Ingredients:
1 cup Raw Almonds
4 cups Water
7 Dates, pitted
2 tbsp Raw Cacao (I use MitoXCell)
1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Soak your almonds in water for at least 5 hours. I suggest soaking them over night. Add your soaked almonds to 4 cups of fresh water. Add your pitted dates, raw cacao, and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend for 2 minutes and pour the mixture into a nut milk bag over a large bowl or pitcher. Squeeze to extract all the ‘milk’ and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Tip: you can use the left over almond meal in the strainer for other recipes! 🙂

Healthy Chocolates: Raw Cacao Recipes

Ingredients:
Candy Molds (if you don’t have one, just line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and add dollops)
Sea Salt
Almonds
2/3 cup Raw Cacao (I use MitoXCell)
3 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Coconut Oil

Directions:
Crush walnuts or sprinkle sea salt in the bottom of the candy molds. This will add a nice little flavor once they are complete. In a small bowl, mix the raw cacao, maple syrup, and coconut oil together until combined. Add the chocolate mixture into the molds (or drop on the trays). Then pop them in the freezer for at least an hour, and enjoy!
