I have a little story for you…I used to think I wasn’t special. I appeared to have confidence, but I was riddled with self doubt when it came to some of my aspirations such as developing my own DVDs and workout programs.  Having major self doubt, that I could ever compete in a saturated market creating a workout dvds that anyone would want to use, I settled for being the paid “talent” in others DVDs.

They picked me!

Just when I was building up my confidence, I was cast in a very well known fitness celebrities DVD. They chose ME! I was ready to shine and be the best background person they’d ever seen! During the rehearsals, the producer made me feel as bad about myself as possible. She was awful, mean , hurtful and that darn glare she would give me… she confirmed it! I REALLY wasn’t special and was not good enough to ever do my own.

Staying Safe

The years passed and I stayed “safe” and released written programs such as my 7 Day Jump Start nutrition program, but again, not my own DVD. I still had that “itch” so I started to share short and effective exercises on social media. You know what happened? Something magical. YOU… a LOT of YOU started to follow and tell your friends! I went from a few 100 followers on  social media to over a MILLION between Facebook, Instagram and my other social media sites. You liked my videos and you started to tell your friends about them and you told ME that they were helping you change your body! YOU validated that I DID have something special to teach and that I could go for it.

With the help of YOU, I gained the courage. Last year, I filmed my Rev4 DVD and released it soon after. I sold more of my DVD in one day then I had ever imagined. So many of you have since messaged me telling me you love it. YOU gave me to courage to do this and I want to thank YOU.

Because you bought it, loved it and let me know – that allowed me to create so much MORE for you and this week my dream came
true. We launched four NEW DVD’s for you this week!!

    Hi, Natalie!! I just purchased your Rev4 DVD on Amazon as well as your new 3 DVDs online! I’m so excited!! Would you please kindly let me know how I’m supposed to use them? Do you have workout calendar involving your DVDs that shows what the rotation and progress should be? I’m assuming Rev4 is your starter video. Then maybe I can move onto total body beginner and abs followed by total body advanced. I’ll greatly appreciate your reply! Thank you! 😀

      There is no right or wrong way to use them. Do at least one 10-minute workout a day is the best place to start. As you get stronger, just push yourself. Do 2 workouts, then 3. Some people work up to all 4 ‘revs’ in a row. Just listen to your body. If your legs are REALLY sore, do an upper body workout instead. I hope this helps!
