Sometimes, the challenge isn’t so much of knowing what we “should do” but rather “how” to do it when life gets in the way. If you are someone that is “on the road” frequently and gets frustrated about maintaining your workout and eating routine when you’re on the road then these tips are for YOU on what to pack with you to stay fit!

I must agree it isn’t always easy to get WHOLE, UNPROCESSED, NATURAL FOODS when you’re running through airports, but I’m going to share with you, my favorite “GO TO” items when I’m on the road or when time is of essence.

Nuts are a perfect snack on the road

Nuts are not only a great source of protein and fiber, but they have protein and healthy fats which will also help fill you up!  You can purchase them in individual packs (the ones I am sharing in this video are from Trader Joes and also have dried cranberries).

IsaLean Meal Replacement Shakes 

I always prefer real food first, but when in a pinch, I will turn to a Isalean meal replacement shake. I do this because it has a great balance of proteins, carbs and fats and is one of the more natural replacement shakes. Stretchy Band

Last, but not least… I love this! It’s just a simple, light weight band that helps add resistance to your workout and can basically fit in the palm of your hand.  It’s also great if your hotel has a tiny gym with minimal resources. You can purchase one at any sporting goods store or your nearest Walmart or Target.
